Introduction
The Department of Software Convergence is dedicated to cultivating talents who will enhance the world through innovative software solutions. Our department provides students with extensive opportunities and a comprehensive curriculum, enabling them to become experts in various fields, including computer graphics, extended reality, data visualization, data science, autonomous driving, and vision technologies.

We are committed to offering an optimal educational environment that allows students to pursue their passions while focusing on practical education to develop their real-world skills. Furthermore, we continuously refine our curriculum to stay abreast of the rapidly evolving trends in the software industry. We actively support students in fostering creative thinking and a spirit of innovation, empowering them to achieve their aspirations.

Research Area Contents
Intelligent Robotics This research area focuses on behavior-based embodied artificial intelligence, encompassing kinematics and inverse kinematics, geometric reasoning, motion planning, mapping and manipulation, biologically inspired robots, biomimetic robots, and distributed robotic systems.
Data Science This research investigates machine learning algorithms, including regression, classification, and clustering, along with data application techniques and effective data visualization methods within the field of data science.
Extended Reality (XR) Technology This research area covers advancements such as redirected walking, spatial awareness, and avatar animation generation, contributing to immersive virtual and augmented reality experiences.
Computer Graphics This research area explores topics including procedural terrain generation, procedural texture generation, physical simulation, character animation, real-time lighting computation, and data generation using deep learning techniques.

Artificial Intelligence Vision

This research area includes image processing, pattern recognition, medical diagnosis, and security surveillance technologies, advancing the capabilities of visual perception systems in various applications.
