| Housing Policy and Market Analysis | 주택정책 및시장연구 | 주택시스템을 이해하기 위해 주택정책과 시장을 거시적인 맥락에서 살펴보고, 정치, 경제, 사회 인구학적, 문화적 요인에 따른 미시적 반응과 결과를 분석한다. 주택과 도시문제에 대한 총체적인 이해를 위해 관련 제도와 그 변화를 살펴보고, 각종 부문과 이해관계 당사자들 간의 역할과 기능을 이해한다. 또한 글로벌 사회에서 국가별 주택시스템을 고찰하고 현안을 논의하며 주택문제의 개선안을 도출한다. This course focuses on housing system in political, economic, socio-demographic and cultural contexts. To address housing and urban issues of welfare states, the interrelationships of policy, market and finance are required. With interactions among different sectors and interests among various stakeholders, housing system become dynamic and produces diverse outcomes and responses to globalization. Also, this course highlights comparative studies of housing systems in this regard. |
